ABOUT US

Hello and Welcome!  We are Democrats with a special interest in issues affecting Seniors in Sarasota County, the State of Florida, all the way to the DNC. We are part of the Sarasota County Democratic Party and the Florida Democratic Senior Caucus. Caucuses are issue-based groups that meet monthly to bring attention to specific causes, organize get-out-the-vote activities, and work locally to defend specific democratic values.

We hold reasonably priced monthly lunch meetings with great speakers, free Candidate Meet & Greets, and Afternoons of Action work sessions at the Democratic Party headquarters in Sarasota.  Our Afternoons of Action include complimentary refreshments and a light lunch. You do not need to be a member to attend our meetings and meet & greets or volunteer, so come to a meeting or help at headquarters and we are sure you will want to become a proud member of this caucus!
